Brand new without box. Lovely, soft arm cover, embroidered mobile with noise machine. 30 minutes of continuous music, white noise, shushing sounds, nature sounds, 17 melodies plus volume control. 10, 20 and 30 minute auto-off timer. LED light for easy use at nighttime. We put it up in the nursery but never used it because we ended up co-sleeping. I paid $90.39 with tax for this item.
