Sterling Silver Diamonelle Ring size 7

Just reduced. This ring was purchased from the shopping channel a few years ago. It does not fit me anymore. It is a size 7 or maybe a 6 1/2 I usually wear size 7 and it’s a little tight. The Diamonelle stones are very believably diamond looking.
