1979 Ford Okanagan Custom Coach 24ft class C RV

1979 Ford Okanagan Custom Coach 24 ft class C RV. Owned lovingly for 7 years, renovated by us, and we enjoyed it thoroughly including 2 trips to Mexico with no issues. We lived in it (family of 4) in Mexico for 6 months and loved it. Cooking on the 4 burner stove and baking in the oven. It was an absolute joy. All 6 tires replaced in 2020. New battery. Solar panel (100watts) with 105 amp hour battery bank, charge controller. Propane heater works well, roof vents with fans, and vent covers. Repainted exterior aluminum siding in 2022. Fully repainted interior, new sub floor with vinyl plank flooring. New toilet. 4 burner propane range with oven, original working fridge (propane + shore power), no A/C in camper. Built custom under-bed storage with gas lifts for ease. Comes with rear storage box with Coleman camper grill and accessories. Has 2 propane tanks and comes with additional propane tank and a propane fire pit. Ford 460 V8 engine original with newly rebuilt carb for efficiency and power. As is where is: Some minor hail damage from last year hail: one vent cover damaged (easy replacement), passenger side view mirror needs replacing, and some indicator light covers need replacing. Some small oil leak from oil pan (needs new oil pan gasket), and may need water pump replacement or hose check. Has never overheated. Reason for sale: we are leaving the country. Otherwise we would never sell it. That’s how much we love it. More than price, we are looking for buyer who will care for it and do the repairs and upgrades to extend enjoyment in this awesome motorhome.
