Antique Wooden Chair with Leather Seat

This is an antique wooden chair with a burgundy leather seat. My grandmother has owned it for many years, but she's downsizing and no longer has room for it. The wood has very pretty grain patterns, but one corner of the seat has slight damage (shown in picture). Seat heat is 19.5", full height is 28". Comes from a smoke-free home.
