Dining Table with Bench + Chairs

Solid wood dining table complete with leather bench and 2 chairs. The table has an additional leaf that can extend to seat 6-8 people. Base dimensions (without leaf extension): 54 × 36 × 36. As you can see, there are a few stains and scratches. Good quality table but could use being re-finished. One chair's seat has detached from the base - needs to be screwed in or otherwise re-attached but would be very simple. Would be a great project for anyone looking to get into furniture flipping. Can easily be worth $300+ with a couple hours work. Looking for $100 to get rid of it quick as I have no space for it anymore. Pick up near St Clair + Oakwood.
