Rare vintage tote bag by Paul Frank (original tag intact) featuring Chachi the Chihuahua wearing a red collar with a heart-shaped silver tag that reads "Chachi" on one side and "paul frank es tu amigo" on the other. Large main body with zipper pocket inside (pocket is not huge, lies flat inside, but large enough to fit a phone and wallet or similar sized items).
