AirPod pros with iPhone 14 Plus speaker issue

I have a iPhone 14 Plus light purple 88% battery health 100% in cosmetic great condition It was working great and then speaker started acting weird not sure when I always use AirPods only. Sounds great in the aorpors without only works at volume 1-2 anything after then sounds like fuzzy static. Will through in my airpod pros I was using with them only has one earbud now.
