Late 1970's Japanese-made Takamine guitars, made in their ‘golden era’, were renowned for their build quality and playability. That this guitar is nearly 50 years old, and yet looks like it is recently off the shelf, indicates the level of craftsmanship. The neck is still straight, and the tone is warm and even.
