Compatibility: ​Canister & Upright Vacuums: Fits older corded Dyson models using the standard friction/catch fitting, including DC07, DC14, DC15, DC18, DC24, DC25, DC27, DC28, DC33, DC40, DC41, DC50, DC65, as well as corded canister models like DC22, DC23, DC26, DC39, and DC47. ​Cordless Vacuums (V6 / DC58 / DC59 / DC61 / DC62): Attaches directly to older cordless Dyson models with the legacy fitting. ​Newer Cordless Vacuums (V7, V8, V10, V11, V12, V15, Gen5detect): Works with these models if connected using a Dyson Quick-Release Adapter (converts the older legacy connection to the red quick-release button style).
