Hitch mount double bike carrier

Swagman hitch mount double bike carrier. Receiver size is 1 1/4” however it’s designed to fit a 2” receiver as well with an adaptor (not supplied). Comes with locking hitch pin, cable and keys that fit both the hitch lock and the carrier locks. Used twice and with only one bike and not needed anymore. Value new was 460.00 all in. Asking 250.00.
