floral romper 💙

This is a really cute off-white romper with blue floral print. It has ankle-length flowy pant legs and a criss-cross tie on the back. The top can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder as desired. The waist is elasticized to allow for some stretch. It comes with a removable fabric rope belt. There are two thin rope loops on either hip to hold the belt. One has broke apart but I found that it didnt do much for the belt anyways and it could be sewn back on if desired. Size small!
