Bill Levkoff blue dress size 8

Bill Levkoff blue dress size 8 (like size medium). Can be worn strapless or with straps (several variations with straps shown in pictures). Had it altered to add an interior elastic to help it stay up while strapless. Worn once as a bridesmaid dress, had it dry cleaned after wear. Excellent condition.
