Rent is $800/month including all utilities, hi speed internet, tons of streaming services with an Apple TV and flat screen in the room, alarm system in the house, and an energized parking stall right outside the front door. Security deposit is $800. About the house: It's a 1300sq ft townhouse, with just myself living there. 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom (sorry, we have to share the full bathroom). Quiet complex, tastefully decorated, and clean. Both bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated, and the bedrooms are being done currently, so the pictures of the room are pre-reno, I will update once everything is completed. Shared kitchen, living/dining areas, back yard with nice landscaping. 5 min from all amenities, bus stop’s right outside the door with 5 min ride to Clareview LRT. About me: 42yo single male. I am laid back, and easygoing. I do not party, smoke, or do any kind of drugs. I work a lot, so I am gone quite a bit, and when I am home, I am pretty quiet. About you: Male or female, preferably around my age or younger, must be employed or a student, non-smoker, absolutely no drugs or suspicious activity of any kind will be tolerated, clean, must have references available. Must be okay with LGBT people.
