Some wear in the fabric, but no tears. Excellent structural condition with no sinking cushions. No structural breaks. There is significant scratching on the base, which a quick paint job would fix. Chaise does not switch sides. Couch was professionally cleaned and is not in use. Smoke-free home, but has had contact with cats and dogs.
