Sony Handycam DCR-DVD403 Mini DVD Camcorder

This is a great opportunity to dabble in digital videography at a super affordable price. The Sony DCR-DVD403 is a compact, handheld digital video camera that utilizes 8cm mini DVD discs, which are still commonly available from various online sources. This camera is capable of taking both video and still images, so it can also be used as a traditional digital camera when needed. In this bundle, you will be receiving the camera, a brand new plug-in battery charger, an extra-large capacity Energizer battery (which provides up to 200 minutes of continuous recording), a mini USB cable for data transfer, and 4 BRAND NEW rewriteable 8cm mini DVD discs so that you can begin cataloging your outdoor adventures and at-home shenanigans without any additional equipment or accessories needed. After recording you have two options to save your videos: 1) Finalize the disc using the on-board "Finalize" function, at which point the disc cannot be written over, and can then be viewed using any DVD player, OR 2) Use the included USB cable to connect the camera to a computer, copy and transfer the video file from the disc to the computer, and then you can format the disc using the on-board "Format" function to erase the disc and start over again. As long as you don't finalize the discs after recording, discs can be repeatedly formatted on-board the camera like an SSD drive, and used over and over again. The camera has a touchscreen display, which makes navigating menus and adjusting settings very straightforward and simple to use, but I will provide a link to a digital copy of the user manual that you can download and/or print if you need a reference guide. Any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
