PSA Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat

My dad bought this for me last summer for my birthday and it’s been kept in a clean, dust free drawer ever since. As much as I love this card and want to keep it because It’s my first ever graded card, I currently am in need of cash to fund a new laptop for school.
