Oak + Fort dress

Beautiful black poplin midi tieres dress from Oak + Fort. Size small. Crisp 100% cotton poplin material with ties at the open back, 3/4 length puff sleeves, and elastic at the cuffs. Bought it years ago and only wore it out a couple of times - it's not quite my style any more and I need to downsize!
