A striking vintage hand-carved wooden mask inspired by traditional N’tomo initiation masks of the Bamana people of Mali.
This beautifully sculpted piece features an elongated face, three vertical spikes above the head, and detailed geometric scarification carvings on the forehead and cheeks — classic elements associated with N’tomo symbolism and early initiation traditions. The dark-stained wood has a rich natural patina that enhances its depth and character. Original hanging twine is still attached on the back.
A powerful and soulful statement piece for collectors of African tribal art or anyone looking to add authentic global character to their interior. Displays beautifully on the wall and carries strong decorative presence.
