LG Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator

Selling an LG stainless steel French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer and built-in water/ice dispenser. The fridge is in good cosmetic condition inside and out, but is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. We have had two technicians inspect the refrigerator. They diagnosed the issue as being related to a power surge. Whenever there is a power outage, the freezer no longer freezes properly, and the refrigerator does not return to normal operation without repair.
