LG Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator

Selling an LG stainless steel French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer and built-in water/ice dispenser. The fridge is in good cosmetic condition inside and out, but is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. The refrigerator works normally; however, after a power outage or when unplugged, it will not turn back on. I believe it may be a fuse or electrical issue, but I have not had it diagnosed.
