This is a roll of ArtMinds Heat Transfer Vinyl in red. It's 11.0 in x 24 in (28.0 cm x 60.9 cm). This vinyl weeds and transfers easily, and applies at a low heat setting to prevent damage to fabrics. Lead and phthalate-free. Bought for a project I never did.
