EEUC wooden playset 5 yrs old

This is an extra extra used condition wooden playset, only 5 years old, originally purchased from Home Depot. The only issue is the canopy tore over the winter. It does include the bench, which we just didn't install. We can help take it apart for transport. Comes from a smoke-free home. CASH ONLY.
