Wiped and freshly formatted, ready for a new user. Just come and pick it up. I'll throw in the keyboard pictured. Case for a (different) iMac available for you to take it home inside. Great condition for an everyday workhorse, or family computer. Used for Adobe CC etc. Or run it as a second monitor! Only real wear is some mild nibbling across on the power cord from kittens, which won't affect performance.
