Our previous housemate is moving, so we're looking for someone to rent their room, which has a private bathroom. Available Nov 1st. Features include floor heating, in-suite laundry & dryer, dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. 1/2 month's rent for deposit. Minimum 1-year lease; proof of funds required. Applications with references will be reviewed. Rent is $1350 CAD + utilities (around $50-60 each person, split between 3-4 tenants). $150 extra for couples. No pets, smoking, vaping, subletting, or Airbnb. Utilities (internet, Fortis BC, and BC Hydro) are shared between 3 people. You'll be sharing the laneway house with 2 clean, responsible, tidy guys living upstairs. We have a cleaning schedule. The address is very close (50 meters) to The Salvation Army at E 48th Ave and Tyne St, 5 minutes walk from Central Park, and 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the 49 (Metrotown to UBC), 430 (Metrotown to Richmond), and 26 (Joyce station). 2.5km to Metrotown and an 1.8km walk to Joyce Station. 5 minutes walk to Safeway and BC Liquor Store on Kingsway & Tyne St. Street parking available.
