The Peasy wireless bra top is popular for being "more comfortable than no bra!" I bought this while I lived there but it doesn't fit me. Only tried on once. A 75 band in Japan is equivalent to a 34 in the US and a C cup in Japan is a US B so according to the size chart, this should fit a 32D, 34B, 34C, and 34D. Open to offers!
