Blue roses summer dress

Bought at Urban outfitters a few years ago, but never wore it. It doesn't fit me. Size small on the label, but fits like an XS. I couldn't find professional photos with the exact print on the dress (blue roses), so I found pictures of an identical dress with a slightly different print.
