Wool coat with ruffles

This fun coat is 40 percent Wool, 60 percent polyester. Quality is excellent. It has hook and eye closures. A few of the closures are missing ( easy fix) I’ve worn this a few times during shoulder seasons. Love the uniqueness of this garment.
