White Strapless Dress

Strapless white dress with a tie at the back, and a loose-fitting bottom. Can be worn as a swim suit, with white bottoms underneath the dress. Or as a stand along dress. It is made of that swim suit material, so it is stretchy. Spandex. There are 2 thin white straps that can be hooked up at the front, similar to straps given with some strapless bras. And can be worn/tied halter style around the neck.
