The front pouch zipper needs a new runner. Main zipper works smoothly. Shoulder straps and top handle still sturdy. Some marks on the front but they are not as visible in person. VERY ROOMY - I’ve used this backpack a lot and could fit so much stuff inside. Only letting go of it because I switched to smaller bags nowadays. Otherwise this is a good daily use backpack.
