If the ad is up it's still available! Looking for a 3rd roommate to share a modern 3 bedroom two floor house with a huge yard for December 1st. The room is 12x11 and has a big closet and comes with a Twin sized bed with big dresser, a desk and chair but can be unfurnished too, if you have your own. The rent includes all utils (Hydro, water, central A/C, 3 Gbps unlimited wifi 7 with an ethernet line to the room, washer, dryer and dishwasher). There is also free parking. Looking for someone who's quiet, clean and is easy to get along with; preferably a professional and for long term stay. Please note that this is for single occupancy only, so no couples please. A bit about me: 43 year old professional male. I'm very quiet, rarely have any guests over and keep to my room most times. I'm also amenable to hanging out on occasion or catching a movie together in the living room. The other roommate is a bit older and a professional as well. Also very quiet and respectful. The house has a bus line that connects directly to Kipling station as well as the Long Branch go station. There are grocery stores nearby and some good restaurants and shops along the Lakeshore.
