Not working Panasonic KX-R530 Electronic Typewriter

This Panasonic electronic typewriter, is model KX-R530. It features a 30.5 cm (12 po) daisy wheel printer with 10, 12, or 15 character spacing. The display shows 15 characters for easy editing. Its dimensions are approximately 42.7(L) x 36.5(P) x 11.2(H) cm. I have a new cartridge but the typewriter isn’t working. If you think you can fix it, you can have the typewriter for $12 including the cartridge. I bought the cartridge for $31.
