Inspiron 2-in-1 laptop/tablet touchscreen| i7, 16gbddr4, 1tb m.2

Looking to get rid of this project laptop I put the 1tb m.2ssd in it and upgraded from 8 to 16 gigabytes of ram IMPORTANT PLEASE READ It needs a charger to work properly and the battery in it does not work at all... I currently have a charge cord that will allow it to boot to bios so you can at least verify specs and confirm its just a bad battery and not bricked Problem is the cord i have doesn't provide enough power for it to fully boot to windows but that's what it's priced the way it is! Would be best bought by someone who likes to tinker with computers it was a fun project when I was messing with it!
