Based on the unit and installation, it is a Heatilator / Majestic fireplace (Hearth & Home Technologies), which is commonly used by Hallett Homes in 2023–2024 builds. The photos shown are from when we moved in, during the framing/installation stage. We have since removed and replaced it with a different fireplace to better match the aesthetic of our home. The unit is now uninstalled and ready for pickup.
