Vintage 1950s German Herr Anniversary Clock

Beautiful mid-century modern "400-Day" torsion clock made in Germany, likely by Uhrenfabrik Herr (ca. 1951-1954). This is a classic "Anniversary Clock" featuring a rare floral rose garland dial and the iconic 4-ball rotating pendulum.
Condition:
Visual: Excellent vintage condition. The brass has a lovely aged patina, the porcelain-style dial is crisp with no chips, and the glass dome is intact with no cracks.
Mechanical: Being sold UNTESTED as I do not have the winding key.
History: These clocks were only manufactured for a few years in the early 50s, making this specific maker harder to find than common brands like Schatz or Kundo.
