275/65 R18 winter tires

Set of Avalanche Mud&Snow tires with rims. Decent tread left. 6x113.5 bolt pattern. Came off F150. Rims were sprayed with black Flex Seal sealant but is coming off and likely won’t take much to peel off if you want to remove.
