Wood frame futon with three settings: upright couch, reclined couch, double bed/day bed. Comes with: - double/full size mattress (Wolf brand) - 2 striped pillows (like new) - mattress protector (like new) Perfect for guests or as a day bed. Pet-free, non-smoking home. Good condition. Side legs stick out a bit but it's been sturdy. Few minor stains on the mattress, some wear and bit of white paint (shown) in the wood frame (see photos 4-7). Has felts to protect the floor. Dimensions: 81" W, 54" D (as bed), 42" D (as couch), 15.5" H (to top of seat/mattress), 21.2" H (to top of arm rests), 34.5" H (at back, as couch) Must be able to pick up near Bloor/Church. Needs 2 people as it's heavy.
