Wood frame futon. Comes with: - double/full size mattress (Wolf brand) - 2 striped pillows (like new) - mattress protector (like new) Perfect for guests or as a day bed. From a pet-free, non-smoking home. Good condition. Side legs stick out a bit but it's been sturdy. There are a few minor stains and a bit of white paint at the top (see photos 4-7). Has felts to protect the floor. Two settings to sit up as a couch. Dimensions: 81" W, 54" D (as bed), 42" D (as couch), 15.5" H (to top of seat/mattress), 21.2" H (to top of arm rests), 34.5" H (at back, as couch) Must be able to pick up near Bloor/Church. Needs 2 people as it's heavy.
