Glamorous large vintage 1980s earrings from the highly reputable and fashionable New York department store Bergdorf Goodman. Bergdorf Goodman is famous for its spectacular fine jewellery room but also, in the 1980s, commissioned its own branded range of top quality costume jewellery pieces from selected designers. These beautifully made earrings have a distinctive Art Deco odeonesque style which makes them very appealing. They are rhodium-plated giving them a bright silver finish which will not tarnish. The complicated 3-dimensional layered design contrasts smooth reflective plated 'wings' with a central ridge and a disc which are encrusted with sparkling white Swarovski crystals. They are edgy, unusual and eye-catching.
