Hot Topic Velvet Skater Pocket Skirt

I ordered this online from Hot Topic and paid $24.90 USD for this, which is MUCH more in CAD (especially with shipping too) so.. yeah. I wore it a few times, but the waist is far too big for me, so I had to safety pin it each time, to wear it. I'd rather just get a skirt that fits, so I'm selling this. Aside from it not fitting me, I love the skirt - the pockets are super convenient~! The size is Medium. You can see the measurements for it that were posted on the website.
