This black seal pen holder is from the Vancouver Aquarium. It's made of resin and designed to hold the stainless steel pen on its nose with a magnet. A fun desk accessory for any seal lover! The pen is out of ink however you can unscrew it and change it with a refill no problem. Less than a year old.
