Rare Vintage 60s-70s “Fab” Tray

Created and manufactured in Barrie Ontario in the mid 60s to the early 70s, this mid-century modern piece is known as a “Fab” tray. “Fab” refers to the process of taking fabric - often with bold orange, yellow, red & green floral motifs, and sealing it within a clear resin or acrylic material. This bright & sunny “flower power” tray measures 12 inches long by 10 inches wide. It has an attached wire to make it an ideal retro display piece just waiting to add a “groovy” vibe to your kitchen! It is in good vintage condition with minimal “frays” visible in the resin (see pictures”). It does have some wear on the back, consistent with rubbing from being hung against a surface as a display piece (reflective in the pricing). The distinctive red & white Made in Canada logo is clearly visible. This is a rare and extremely collectible retro piece. Driveway pickup
