It is a good condition since just one kid mostly played for two years. It has cracks though so you want to tape it. Needs batteries for a light on the stove and sound. No batteries included. It doesn’t come with a pot and pan. Quite heavy due to the wood(MDF I believe) Pick up by curbside Cash only
