It's brand new, never used, and still completely sealed in the original box. This is a complete cordless tattoo kit and comes with the tattoo pen, two rechargeable batteries, cartridge needles, inks, transfer paper, practice skins and the other accessories that came with it. The pen has an adjustable stroke, so you can change it depending on what you're using it for.
