Pogostemon Stellata “Octopus”, potted

A visually striking aquatic stem plant, with long slender leaves that twist and turn like tentacles. The stems and leaf-tops are light green, and undersides are whitish, turning light lavender under higher light. A great way to brighten dark corners, add a little controlled chaos, and provide shelter for fry. Can be trimmed short or grown long, and unlike other tall stem plants, Pogostemon Stellata “Octopus” tends to keep its lower leaves in its tall form. Growth speed is fairly slow for a stem plant, but faster than other types of aquatic plants. Pick-up only, by appointment. Each pot contains at least 20 stems, they are healthy and rooted in nutrient-rich substrate. This plant is also available as a bunch (same amount) of loose cuttings for $2. My plants may possibly come with: Bladder snails, Ramshorn snails, Malaysian Trumpet snails, Pond snails, Ostracods, Copepods, Daphnia, Detritus Worms, Scuds, Algae. These are all common possibilities in any aquatic plants except sealed tissue cultures.
