This is a pump sprayer made of stainless steel. It was never used with chemicals, only water to test the pressure/spray. It was then stored away.
May be used for camping if you need a shower or in the garden for water misting or chemical application (pick one dedicated use, obviously don't use pesticides then use it for camping).
Item is cleaned and tested. Safe for skin contact.
