Canadian Home Collection Leather Loveseat

GUC highend roomy and very comfortable leather loveseat. From SFH pet-friendly home as we're redecorating. Good condition with lots of life left has normal wear with 1 tear in last picture shown, but is on back. Needs a leather conditioning cream treatment (will give rest of jar with sale) or just put covers on it.
