This 12x12 Classic Timberframe Pavilion Kit by Sound Structures is hand-crafted from locally harvested and milled white pine. The classic style showcases timeless timberframe design with strength and beauty that lasts for generations. You can assemble it yourself (DIY) or we can assemble it for you. BASE KIT INCLUDES: - White Pine 6x6 Timbers (Planed Dimensions 5.5 by 5.5) - Dowel Joinery for easy DIY assembly - GRK Structural Screws for strong, tight joints - 7'6" Tall Posts to bottom of beams - All pre-drilled, pre-cut, and ready to assemble - 6/12 Roof Pitch - 14x14 Coverage (Posts are 6x6 with 1 foot overhang) - Easy-to-follow Drawings and Assembly Instructions Note: Base Kit includes Posts, Beams, Rafters, and Braces. Roofing materials are not included.
