Private rooms for rent

Hi! We are looking for 1 or 2 roommate's starting March 1st . They are a private unfurnished room, but with a shared living space. We are an animal loving house. We are pretty capped on all of the animals, so please no animals. Rent is $900 and $100 for private underground parking. Wifi is an additional $20. Parking spot is optional . 6 month term, but it is negotiable 2 months before 6 months is up Please contact me for a viewing.
