Dark brown leather rocker recliner with massage and heat

Leather Rocking chair and recliner, brown, has massage therapy built in, as well as heat. Only 8 months new, purchased for my mom but she never got to use it. Very comfy, I just don't have a place to put it. Original instructional/information booklet with all information include, pocket on the side to hide remotes. Also 2 cup holders for a tea or a drink and reaxing. Purchased for $1,600 new from Ashley's, comes apart easily for transportation.
