Quality Leather sofa bed w/ some upholstery damage “moving sale”

I’m selling a $1100+tax leather sofa bed that was used in one of my Airbnb listings a cleaner accidentally spilled alcohol on the couch during the pandemic and bleach the one back cushion see photos…(the scratches/ rip damage in the photos is from Airbnb guests w/ pets) I was planning to have the sofa repaired (got a quote for around $300) I also found a leather repair kit on Amazon for like $60+ tax as I was trying to decide if I should fix it myself or have it done professionally but since I just sold my house and will be moving to a smaller place I will have to downsize and this is a great piece for someone wants to put the tlc into fixing it themselves or having it reupholstered… price is negotiable pick-up only.
