True vintage piece. Size is 12 youth but fits like a n adult petite S/XS, with a babydoll waist. See last photo of me wearing it - I’m 5’3 and normally size 0/XS. See second-to-last photo for measurements in inches. Has a zipper on the front; not zipper anywhere else. Small pockets. Loops for a belt. Pick up near Greektown.
