Very cute dress!! Navy Blue Midi Dress with Cut-out Details

I only ware once, low quality but very cute!! The seam has come apart when I put it on so I put bandages on it. A navy blue midi dress featuring cut-out sides and adjustable spaghetti straps. It has a back zipper closure. Fabric appears to be cotton or a blend.
